Samsung set out to redefine the vacuum category with the Bespoke Jet, a product that blends cutting-edge technology with sophisticated design. Building on our long-standing partnership, we were briefed to cut through a red sea of sameness and build relevance with discerning Singaporean homeowners.

Approach

Consumer insight showed a growing desire for products that don't just work flawlessly, but look good too. So we shifted the Bespoke Jet from utilitarian appliance to coveted lifestyle piece — positioning the home, and everything in it, as a reflection of the person who lives there.
